The proposed new Premier Oakwood Medical Park will replace the existing structure which is a hotel (Protea Oakwood Park Hotel). The current facility is on three floors – a 65-bed hotel that was designed as a training resort with several training rooms in an environment that already engenders salubrity.It spreads over 10,000sqm and has decent parking space and some small space for future multi storey expansion. The intention is to review the the existing drawing and figure out how we can convert this hotel into a 100 – 150 – bed hospital. The redesigned hospital is to have diagnostic capabilities including MRI and CT taking advantage of the several large training rooms that is part of the facility.
